ABOUT OUR SERVICE MANUALSAll our service manuals and schematics are in a form of downloadable electronic files which you can view and print on your computer. Most are in PDF format viewable with Adobe Reader while a few others are in JPG, DJVU or MS Word DOC format. All the programs for viewing and printing these files are available here. Please note that we do not carry manuals on paper and we do not supply spare parts or remote controls.Since there are hundreds of brands and manufacturers and hundreds of thousands of service manuals, the contents of these manuals can vary greatly. It is simply impossible to guarantee that each and every manual contains all specific sections you will require for repair. If you want to be certain that the service manual contains the section you need then please contact us before purchasing! You can also download and view some of our sample service manuals to see what information they typically contain. Most commonly the service manual consists of three parts: main service manual, schematic diagrams, parts list. Service manual supplements and service bulletins are included with the service manual whenever they are available. PAYMENT OPTIONSWe accept several different payment options:
HOW TO REGISTER A PAYPAL OR MONEYBOOKERS ACCOUNT ?If you do not yet have a PayPal or Moneybookers account then please create one at Paypal.com or Moneybookers.com (registration is free). After registering, you will have to validate your account by adding (linking) a credit / debit card (or your bank account) to your new account. After you enter your card's number, the service will verify it. They do this by charging your card a small fee (for example 2 EUR). After doing that, you will receive an e-mail from PayPal / Moneybookers confirming that your credit / debit card was added to your account. You will then receive another e-mail with instructions on how to enter a 4-digit code (for PayPal) or the ammount charged (for Monebookers) into your account verification field to validate your account and complete the linking process. You can get the 4-digit code (or exact charge ammount in case of Moneybookers) immediately if you can access your credit / debit card statement online. If you don't have online access to your credit / debit card statement, please wait for your next printed statement to arrive by regular mail. After you enter the required verification code and validate the account, you can start shopping on-line at numerous websites, including www.schematics.me.The 2 EUR which were charged to your card before will be deposited into your account. With PayPal you can immediately buy items even if your PayPal account balance is just 2 EUR. Those 2 EUR will be deducted from your PayPal account and the remaining ammount will be automatically deducted directly from your credit / debit card or your bank account. With Moneybookers you will have to "upload" (deposit) the remaining ammount from your card or bank account to the Moneybookers account (click on UPLOAD FUNDS to instantly transfer the funds to your account). You can then transfer the required ammount to our Moneybookers account as explained on our "checkout" page. Our Moneybookers account address is swiwer@gmail.com. All prices on our site are in euros (EUR) but that does not affect your payment in any way even if your default currency in your PayPal or Moneybookers account is different. When you pay via PayPal or Moneybookers, the currency is automatically converted from your local PayPal or Moneybookers currency to EUR. If you want to calculate the exchange rate before you buy, you can log-in to your account and click on the "Currency converter" link next to your balance (PayPal) or search the "FAQ" section for "wholesale exchange rates" (Moneybookers). You can also see the exchange rate and converted values at the payment page before you finalize your purchase. You can see the list of countries supported by PayPal at https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/. The list of countries where Moneybookers is available can be seen at their sign up page. All transactions using PayPal and Moneybookers are 100% secure. HOW TO ORDER ?To find the service manual or schematic for your model or chassis, click on the brand / manufacturer name on the left side. A list of models for the selected brand will appear on one or more pages. You can then use the Find function (CTRL+F) in your browser to search for a model. When you find the model you are looking for, click on the "Buy" link next to it. On the next page that opens select the prefered payment type. You will automatically be taken to the PayPal or Moneybookers webpage where you will be able to log-in to your account, review or fill in order details and complete the payment.After payment is completed, you will receive the download link for your ordered document via e-mail. This means that there are no shipping and handling costs associated with your purchase. We process all orders manually so it may take a few minutes to a few hours until you receive the link. If you don't receive the e-mail with the download link within 6 to 8 hours then please contact us immediately. Note 1: The download link will be sent to the e-mail address you use in your PayPal / Moneybookers account or to the e-mail address you specify when paying with a credit / debit card so please make sure it is valid and working! Also make sure you check your SPAM or JUNK folder in case your anti-spam filter deleted the e-mail when you received it. Note 2: PayPal eCheck usually clears within 3-5 days so if you use this payment type, the download link will be sent to you after that time. REFUND POLICYBecause digital downloadable service manuals are considered intangible goods which are delivered via e-mail and cannot be returned, we cannot offer refunds in case you make a mistake and purchase the wrong manual (for the wrong model) or if the manual does not contain a specific section you require for repair. Some service manuals are missing certain sections by design and are still considered to be complete, as released by the manufacturer (read ABOUT OUR SERVICE MANUALS above). We will however refund you the full purchase ammount if the service manual you receive is incomplete (clearly missing important pages which are listed in TOC) or unreadable (for example low quality schematics). Such situations are extremely rare though.CONTACT USWe are always happy to to receive and answer your questions.
