Here you can purchase service manuals and schematic diagrams for many types and brands of electronics / entertainment equipment and household appliances. Our service manuals cover models sold in all parts of the world (Asia, Africa, North America, South America, Europe, Australia). User manuals are also available per request.

Service manuals and schematics
Most service manuals and schematics are in electronic PDF format (a few are also in JPG, DJVU or MS Word DOC format) and typically (although it can vary) contain precautions, specifications, service notes, technical information, adjustment guide, alignment guide, disassembly and reassembly instructions, a wiring diagram, troubleshooting, mechanical parts list, electrical parts list, block diagram, exploded view, circuit board (PCB) diagram, schematic diagram, excerpt from the user manual, etc. If you want to be certain our service manual contains the section you require then contact us before purchasing! Programs for viewing and printing these files are available here. We do not hold manuals on paper.

How to order ?
Select a category on the left side of this page and find your brand and model. Each document in our catalogue can cover several models which are listed next to each other, separated with a comma. Browse the list carefully or you might miss the model you are looking for. You can use the Find function (CTRL+F) in your browser to search for a model. When you find your model, click on the "add to cart" link next to the model name. The item will be added to your shopping cart and you will be taken to the checkout page. Click on the "Buy now" button to complete the purchase. Since we operate on the Internet we can send our documents internationally, to any part of the world via e-mail. This means that there are no shipping and handling costs associated with your purchase. After payment, you will receive an e-mail with a download link. We process all orders manually so it may take a few minutes to a few hours until you receive the link. If you don't receive the e-mail with the download link within 6 to 8 hours then please contact us. The e-mail is sent to the e-mail address you use in your PayPal account so please make sure it is valid! If you want the download link delivered to a different e-mail address then please specify that when you make an order. Also make sure you check your SPAM folder in case your anti-spam program deleted the e-mail when you received it.

How to pay ?
All prices on our site are in Euros (EUR) but that does not affect your payment at all. When you pay via PayPal, the currency is automatically converted from your local PayPal currency into EUR. If you want to calculate the exchange rate before you buy, you can log-in to your PayPal account and click on the "Currency converter" link next to your PayPal balance. You can also click here to get an approximate exchange rate.

There are a few payment options you can use:
1. PayPal balance payment (you need free PayPal account at https://www.paypal.com)
2. Credit Card payment through PayPal (you need free PayPal account at https://www.paypal.com)
3. Bank transfer (contact us and tell us which service manual / schematic you want to order and we will send you our bank information so you can make the payment)
4. If you would like to suggest a different payment method then please contact us and we will arrange an alternative way for you to pay for the service manual / schematic you want to order.

If you don't yet have a PayPal account then please create it at https://www.paypal.com  Registration is free. After registering, you will have to validate your PayPal account by adding a credit card. After doing that, you will receive en e-mail from PayPal confirming your credit card was added to your account. You will then receive another e-mail with instructions on how to enter a 4-digit code to validate your account. You can get the 4-digit code immediately if you access your credit card statement online. If you don't have online access to your statement, please wait for your printed statement to arrive by mail.
